Terms and Conditions**

1. Eligibility
   The competition is open to student in Malaysia age 13 to 26. Employees of AECC Malaysia or any affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
   The competition begins on 6 Mar 2024 and ends on 6 Oct 2024 . Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
3. How to participate
   Successfully register yourself at MH-Explorer via the link above or via this URL: https://www.malaysiaairlines.com/mhexplorersignup-aecc 
   Existing MH-Explorer members will also have the opportunity to be the lucky winner. 
4. Winner Selection:
   The winner must be a MH Explorer member that is registered via the MH-Explorer aecc referral link. It will be selected randomly from the pool of qualified candidates. 
5. Prizes
   There will be only 1 x return ticket to be won. Winner are allow to choose any destination within ASEAN region that Malaysia Airlines Berhad (MAB) Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
6. Notification of Winner
   Winner will be notified via email or phone, within 14 days after the end of the period. 
   If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 working days, an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
   By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Malaysia Airlines Berhad and AECC Global to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
   Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
9. Othes
   AECC Global reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
